Our website is all about Barnbougle Golf Links and it’s facilities and services We’ll do our best to prevent any delays or interruptions to the website, but we cannot promise that the website will be available at all times. We may stop the operation of part of the website or all of it, at any time and without telling you. However, we will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may arise as a result. We try to make sure the content on the website is accurate, but we do not guarantee this. The content is also general in nature.

Your use of our site

In using our site you must not:

• Use the website for anything that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights;
• Post or send any material via the website which harms anyone else or use the website to send unsolicited messages; and
• In any way tamper with the website or transmit any viruses via the website.

Booking Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply for reservations made with Barnbougle:

Reservation and Payment
Full payment for the total accommodation cost is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 14 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Reservations Department.

Additional Information:

Prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax), prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and prices are accurate at the time of booking.

Small Group Reservations (10-15 rooms)

Deposit:

A deposit of 20% of the total cost for rooms and golf is required within 24 hours of making the reservation to secure the booking.

Cancellations Schedule:

Time Before Arrival	Cancellation Fee
More than 60days	Full refund, minus administration fee (10%)
30-59 days	Forfeit deposit- 20% of the total rooms and golf
14-29 Days	50% of the total rooms and golf
Less than 14 days	100% (no refund)

All cancellations must be made in writing to our reservations department.

Large Group Reservations (16 or more rooms)

Deposit:

A deposit of 40% of the total cost for rooms and golf is required within 24 hours of making the reservation to secure the booking.

Cancellations:

Time Before Arrival	Cancellation Fee
More than 120days	Full refund, minus administration fee (10%)
61-119 days	Forfeit deposit- 40% of the total rooms and golf
31-60 Days	50% of the total rooms and golf
21-30 Days	75% of the total rooms and golf
Less than 21 days	100% (no refund)

All cancellations must be made in writing to our reservations department.

Removal and Damages to Property Policy

We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused to the hotel’s property or structure as a result of removal, deliberate, negligent, or reckless actions.

If damage is discovered after the guest’s departure, we reserve the right to charge the guest’s credit or debit card, or send an invoice for the repair costs to the registered address.

To minimize costs, we will make every effort to repair any damage internally before engaging external specialists. However, in cases of significant damage, the guest may be liable for any revenue loss the hotel incurs while the room is out of service for repairs.

Force Majeure

Barnbougle is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, deposits may be held as credit for future bookings.

Weather Cancellation Policy

Our links style golf courses are renowned for windy and rainy conditions. We will not refund golf rounds unless the course is deemed unplayable for safety reasons, however, we will do our best to reschedule your golf to an alternate, suitable time.

In the event of lighting the course will be closed for the safety of all golfers.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this website is all subject to copyright, which we reserve and own (or use under licence from someone else). Your browser (by its usual operation) may make a temporary copy of the website, please feel free to do so. Other than that, you must not copy, adapt, store, transmit, print, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any part of this website; or commercialise any information, products or services on this website. If you wish to do any of these things, you must get our written permission first.

This website may contain links to other websites which we do not control, so we’re not responsible for the content of those websites.
